Thank you for trusting us here at planDisney with your wish to plan a few days at the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, Carmen! I'm excited to share with you my ultimate one park day itinerary. I'll share my absolute can't miss attractions and entertainment at my favorite park: EPCOT. I find that I maximize my time by visiting one park per day, and I might choose a different park based on who is traveling with me. Let's get to it!
Early Entry begins at 8:30AM for guests of Disney Resort Hotels, and you can catch the monorail, the Skyliner, a boat, or a bus to EPCOT depending on your resort's transportation options. I would rope drop Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, then make my way over to Test Track. With those two attractions crossed off the list, it's time to head into World Showcase to grab breakfast in France.
Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie has delicious pastries and sandwiches, and I recently enjoyed a ham and cheese croissant and a chocolate eclair for breakfast here. Depending on my party size and wait times, I might ride Remy's Ratatouille Adventure or hop in the single rider line. I'd then make my way around the rest of the pavilions, pin trading along the way and checking out the
Kidcot Fun Stops. I've also seen tons of live entertainment throughout the day, and the Morocco pavilion has the best band and dancers! If you elected to get
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you might have passes for Frozen Ever After, Soarin' Around the World, and Spaceship Earth to redeem at this point of the itinerary.
If you find yourself waiting in standby lines instead, it might be time for lunch! I love
Regal Eagle Smokehouse in the American Adventure pavilion. It's darn good barbecue, and as a proud North Carolinian, I would know! After lunch you can take in some amazing shows like ¡Celebración Encanto! or
Voices of Liberty.
A ride on the Gran Fiesta Tour Starring the Three Caballeros is required in Mexico, then I'd hit up attractions that usually have shorter waits throughout the day, like Journey into Imagination with Figment and Living with the Land.
Oh, did I mention there will also be a festival going on? The
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival runs from March 4 to June 1, 2026, and there's so much to see and do! You can sprinkle in festival activities throughout this itinerary, but make sure to book a
Garden Rocks Dining Package for dinner. This will get you a delicious meal and guarantee you a seat for the concert that night. If you visit March 30th you'll be able to see 38 Special, and if you are staying in a Deluxe Resort, you will enjoy Extended Evening Hours from 9PM to 11PM. You'd have tons of time for more rides, more snacks, and more fun!
I'd be happy to adjust my recommendations to suit your party, Carmen! You can
let me know how many people are traveling, what parks you want to visit, and what some of your can't miss experiences are. I'm here to make your trip the best it can possibly be!
Stay magical,
Scott
