    I need HELP with the meal plan. Is there counter service at Fort Wilderness where my family will be staying? If not, any suggestions? I only see the TrailEnds Buffet and assumed it was counter service but it is listed as table service. Thanks!

    Hi Dana,

    Fort Wilderness does not have the same type of counter service restaurant as many of the other resorts.  I believe the Trails End Buffet is actually much better.  It costs about as much as a counter service meal, but its an all-you-care-to enjoy buffet that runs throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  They do have some to-go selections available also.

    The offerings are very family friendly including everything you expect to see at a typical counter service restaurant.  I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

    In my opinion, Trail's End is the best deal in all of WDW.
