Hi Shayla,
Your upcoming vacation sounds simply fabulous! I think you'll find that staying on Disney property will afford you around-the-clock magic. You were so lucky to be able to snag reservations at Disney's newest resort. A few of my friends previewed Disney's Art of Animation Resort recently and they were simply blown away by the charm and theming of this magical place.
Since the calendars revealing which parks will offer Extra Magic Hours have not yet been released for December 2012, I am reluctant to tell you at this point which park to visit on each day of your journey. As a Disney resort guest, you will definitely want to visit the parks with morning Extra Magic Hours. That's when lines to attractions are typically the shortest. However, what I would suggest at this time is that you plan to spend your day of arrival exploring your home resort. Plan a meal at the new food court, Landscape of Flavors, at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. I've heard the food here will be unique and delicious! Check out the pool and settle in to your new home.
Spend your next four days visiting each of the four main theme parks once. Then, on the fifth day, visit the park that your family enjoyed the most.
Be sure to include at least
one character dining experience in your plans and book that meal 180 days prior to your arrival by calling (407) WDW-DINE. Let us know if you need help deciding between these experiences.
Bring your camera and an autograph book for your princess so that you can record the memories of this family vacation forever.
Sending you extra pixie dust in the hopes that you'll have a truly magical vacation!
Jill
