Welcome to planDisney! I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been having issues linking your Disney Park Pass reservations, hopefully we can resolve this today!
First, I suggest double checking that all 17 members of your party are linked in your
My Disney Experience mobile app. That means their Theme Park Tickets are linked in the “Ticket and Passes” section and each of their names are listed on your “Family and Friends List”.
Once the above is confirmed, you’ll want to make the
Disney Park Passes. Whether you’re doing this through the mobile app or
online, I suggest dividing your party into smaller groups. Though this might be a tedious process, you should be able to get all the reservations done. When I’m going on vacation with multiple people, I reserve all the Theme Park reservations in groups of two or three. Once one group is done, then I move on to the next set! You’ll just want to make sure that you’re selecting the same reservations for the entire group.
If the above process doesn’t work, I still recommend reaching out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. One thing I always suggest is calling right at 7:00 a.m. Eastern time. Just set a reminder in your phone and hopefully you’ll have better success getting a Cast Member on the line!
