Need help linking my park tickets with Resort reservation

    Hiya, Ligia!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you are planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few short weeks. The holiday season is my favorite time to visit. You will find no shortage of special events, elaborately themed decorations, and of course festive treats throughout all four theme parks. But before you can start planning the final details of your holiday itinerary, you'll need to link your theme park tickets. Let's go over how to link those tickets, so you can get back to planning the best trip ever!

Before getting started you will need to make sure that you have created a My Disney Experience account, and that you have the ticket purchase confirmation. This is traditionally sent to you in an email, but if you have physical tickets, Hakuna Matata. We can link those too! Tickets can be linked by selecting the My Plans option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu on the Walt Disney World website. There will be two tabs on this page, Daily Itinerary and Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker. Choose the tickets tile to check and see if your tickets are already linked. If you do not see your tickets, click the blue Park Ticket icon toward the top of the screen. Select Link Tickets, and enter your ticket ID number located on the ticket or in your confirmation email. You can also link tickets through the My Disney Experience app. Tap on the Tickets and Passes tile. The next page offers a Link Tickets & Passes option. If you do not see it, simply tap the + at the top of the screen. Follow the remaining prompts to link your tickets in no time at all. Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account they will be connected to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation. If you still need to link your resort stay to your account, you can easily do so on the website. I also want to add a quick reminder to make your Disney Park Pass reservations if you have not already crossed this step off of your magical to-do list. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a theme park ticket.

If you are unable to link your tickets following these steps, or cannot find your confirmation email or ticket ID numbers, I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member with Existing Tickets by phone. They will be able to assist you in getting any missing details needed to get your tickets connected before the big departure day arrives.

I hope your upcoming adventure is merry and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
