Memory Maker! I never visit Mickey without it! This is the best way to have access to all your magical Disney vacation memories captured by Disney PhotoPass service. What I love about Memory Maker is that I can get everyone in the picture without struggling to take selfies or fighting over who will be the family vacation photographer.
Claudia, if you were logged in to your Disney account when you placed your order, Memory Maker was probably automatically linked to My Disney Experience at the time of purchase. To check if Memory Maker is already linked to your account,
sign in to My Disney Experience, visit
Tickets & Memory Maker, and scroll down to view your Memory Maker purchases. If you cannot find your Memory Maker entitlement,
use the Memory Maker ID sent to your e-mail to link it to My Disney Experience. If you still have issues, please contact the My Disney Experience and MagicBands team at (407) 939-4357 and they will be happy to help you link Memory Maker to your account.
