Bienvenue, Andreli!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney with your question about your upcoming visit to
Disneyland Paris. Can you believe you're about to say
bonjour to the castle many consider to be the fairest of them all?!? While most people will take their iconic photo in front of the walkway through Sleeping Beauty Castle, I suggest heading to the left towards the entrance of
La Tanière du Dragon, where you'll find a small paved area perfect for crowd-free photos. Of course, you'll need to have your tickets sorted before you can head into the magic, so let's get to it!
While I understand the desire to have a physical ticket, at this time, most Disneyland Paris theme park tickets are distributed digitally. Happily, these can easily be
linked to your account through the Disneyland Paris website or the mobile app.
If you booked a Hotel+Ticket Package directly through the Disneyland Paris website, your theme park tickets and Disney hotel reservation should have automatically linked to your Disney account and be available to view when you are logged in to the site. You will, however, need to manually link your booking to the Disneyland Paris app regardless of how you booked. From the home screen, you'll select 'Account' and then 'Link Tickets or Booking' before selecting whether you'll be linking theme park tickets or a Disney Hotel booking. You'll then be prompted to enter the booking or ticket number. Once the process is complete, you should be able to see everything reflected under 'My Bookings'. It's also worth noting that if you booked a Hotel+Tickets package, your tickets will be available as a
MagicPass that becomes available 7 days in advance.
If you purchased standalone tickets, you'll want to have your ticket or confirmation handy and then select the 'Link Ticket or Pass' option that appears as soon as you open the app. From there, you'll be prompted to either scan the ticket's code using your device camera or enter the ticket number manually. Both the code and ticket number are typically found at the bottom of a ticket, but because the exact location varies according to ticket type, the app helpfully provides images for reference. You'll find these by selecting 'Where do I scan?' or 'Where can I find my Ticket or Pass number?'. Once you've scanned or manually entered the ticket number to link your tickets, you can access them at any time by navigating to 'Account' and then 'My Tickets & Passes'.
Now, if you've tried the steps outlined above and still can't locate your tickets,
Hakuna Matata! You'll just need to reach out directly to your booking agent for assistance. If you booked directly through Disneyland Paris, you'll find Cast Members available by phone and the website's Live Chat feature (available 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM Saturdays, local Paris time).
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
