I need help with the explanation of the views at POFQ. I booked two standard rooms and requested building 4. How is the walk to the pool and food court if we are in building 7? Is the distance between buildings comparable to POP Century?

    Hi Nancy!

You are going to be sooo happy with your decision to spend your vacation at the Port Orleans French Quarter Resort!  While Pop Century is gigantic, POFQ is actually the smallest hotel on property.  This is fantastic news for you and your tired feet!  Building 4 is certainly one of the most convenient buildings to the food court and pool area; however, even the most remote buildings are just a stroll away.  For example, Building 7 is a mere 350 yards away from the action, or about a 5 minute walk.  Even those with "parking lot" views are well buffered by beautiful landscaping!

This super quaint resort is honestly my favorite moderate resort!  It is only a boat ride away from Downtown Disney and it has more of a Deluxe Resort feel to it than some of the others.  I hope that you have a fabulous vacation - keep those questions coming!
