    I need help with DAS

    Greetings Michele!

Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your excellent question!

The Disneyland Resort is committed to ensuring all Guests are able to experience the magic of “The Happiest Place on Earth!” This includes Guests with disabilities. Once you’ve arrived inside the theme park, stop by Guest Relations to speak with a Cast Member. The Disneyland Park location is at City Hall while the Disney California Adventure Park location is at the Chamber of Commerce. You may be asked to explain your needs so that a Cast Member can assess what accommodations can be made. One solution is Disability Access Service (DAS). This service provides Guests with a return time for attractions, so they don’t have to wait in the standard line. If a Cast Member signs you up for DAS, you’ll be able to schedule return times at the various Guest Relations locations throughout the theme park. Please stay tuned! Coming this Fall, you’ll have the opportunity to pre-register for DAS as well as the ability to select return times directly through the Disneyland Mobile App

I hope this information helps! Have a lovely visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
