At this time, there is not a toll-free number for Guests from Canada to call the
Walt Disney World Resort. However, I can give you some instructions that might help avoid a phone call altogether. Simply log into your
My Disney Experience account and select "My Plans" under the My Disney Experience menu. Once on this page, scroll down until you see "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Underneath that heading, click on "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." This is where you'd see if your tickets are linked to your account. I hope that they are there!
However, if you do not see them there, you can easily link them to your account on this same page. Closer to the top, you should see a string of circular icons. Underneath the icon in the middle with Mickey tickets inside, it should say "Park Tickets." Hover over or click that icon and click on the "Link Tickets" button that pops up. Input your ticket ID number (typically found within your confirmation email) and follow the prompts. This should link everything for you.
If you are still unable to find or link your tickets, you will need to
call a friendly Cast Member to get this sorted out. I would suggest calling in the morning once the phone lines open (typically 7 a.m. EST) for your best chance of a short hold time.
