    I need help ASAP! I purchased my Disney tickets through Sam’s Club. Unfortunately we need to postpone our trip until next year how do I do that?

    Making changes to the dates associated with your theme park tickets is easy as long as your new dates are available. If you have already linked your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you can make date changes to your theme park tickets using the website or mobile app. Log into your My Disney Experience account and click “My Plans,” and under “My Plans, Reservation, and Tickets,” you will choose “Tickets & Memory Maker.” Select “Change Ticket,” then “choose which tickets to change,” and select “Continue.” You will select “Change Dates” from that screen and proceed through the process. There is a similar process in place when using your My Disney Experience app as well. I hope this helps.
