Hey there, hi there, ho there, Karina!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. You're as welcome as can be! I'm so excited to hear you'll be celebrating a special occasion at The Most Magical Place on Earth. It's party time!
Karina, Guests have two opportunities to order a
Mickey Mouse celebration cake for their table-service dining reservation at select restaurants: at the time the reservation is made or in-person at the dining location at least four days before the reservation. Since it sounds like you chose not to add the celebration cake at the time you made your dining reservation at
Chef Mickey's, I recommend stopping by the restaurant once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort to place the order. The friendly Cast Members at the host stand will be able to assist you with your special request! If you don't have existing plans to visit
Disney's Contemporary Resort before your dining reservation, you could consider stopping by during a
Magic Kingdom Park day. The Resort hotel is just a short monorail ride or walk away from the theme park's main entrance!
Alternatively, you could request a celebration cake on the same day as your dining reservation. Some restaurants have a limited number of celebration cakes available for same-day requests, but the selection and engraving options may vary. Karina, if you have a preference in flavor and engraving on the chocolate ears, I recommend stopping by Chef Mickey's ahead of your reservation to make your request.
I hope this information has been helpful to you as you continue to plan a magical and memorable Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Don't forget to stop by a
Guest Relations location to pick up a complimentary celebration button to show off your special occasion! If you have any additional planning questions, please feel free to stop back by
planDisney again anytime, Karina. We're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Lauren
