Hello Bobbi, Thank you for contacting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions. I hope you are having a magical day. The Disneyland Resort is accommodating for all Guests, including those Guests with special needs during their stay at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels. The Disneyland Resort Hotels do not have ground level accessibility rooms, however, they do offer accessibility rooms for Guests with disabilities. These rooms are: - Wheelchair accessible rooms - Hearing impaired rooms Since the Disneyland Resort is a very popular destination throughout the year, I can’t guarantee that during your travel dates, one of those rooms will be able. My advice is to call (714) 520-5060 and speak to a Cast Member about booking an Accessible Room. Here is the link for more information online. I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please visit me here and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation. Wishing you magic! ~Lynette
