In order for a Guest to change or upgrade their
Disneyland Theme Park Ticket, this upgrade must be done with a Cast Member at the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services area. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to make a change like this over the phone or through your My Disneyland Account. I also want you to be aware that if you decide to make a ticket upgrade, Guests are still responsible for making their
Disneyland Theme Park Reservation online or through the Disneyland Mobile App to enter the Disneyland Theme Parks.
