Hello, Wendy!
Welcome to our corner of the Disney galaxy! We're a bunch of travel nerds, and some of us double down on the nerdiness by
also being Star Wars nerds (like me!), so welcome to the party!
I see that you're arriving on May the Fourth, and I must confess that I'm a little jealous of your precise timing!
Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nite requires a separate ticket, and the event is currently sold out. But the
good news is that you can still have an
EPIC day at a galaxy far, far away with a regular theme park ticket to the Disneyland Resort!
Let me share some of my favorite Star Wars experiences so that you can create your own adventure:
Create your lightsaber at Savi's Workshop: This experience gave me goosebumps from start to end, and I highly recommend it for aspiring heroes and Jedi knights. There are no spoilers in this answer, but I'll say that the Force is strong with Savi's friends. You can book it in advance here, and I promise you won't regret it.Get an Individual Lightning Lane to enjoy Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance: Download the Disneyland Mobile App to get familiar with the process and purchase your Individual Lightning Lane at 7:00 a.m. This attraction is life-changing, and it's the most elaborate in the Disneyland Resort! Pilot the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy: get in line for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run early in the day. The queue in this attraction is fascinating for Star Wars fans, and I bet you'll want a second run at the Millennium Falcon.Taste Batuu: Make a reservation for Oga's Cantina. I like to go at 5:00 p.m. and leave after sunset, making for a big surprise when I finally see Batuu at night! I also suggest having lunch at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, where the Felucian Kefta & Hummus Garden Spread is a hit.I hope these tips help you craft an exciting expedition to Batuu, Wendy! Let us know if you need more directions to navigate this quest, and we'll be here to guide you.
Until then, may the Force and the magic be with you!
