Do I need flashlight to get around in dark at Cabins in fort Wilderness

Hi there, Kathleen! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm so happy to hear that you are planning all of the last-minute packing details for your upcoming trip! I bet you are super excited for your stay at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort!

The rustic outdoor charm of the cabins right in the middle of a magical destination like the Walt Disney World Resort simply can't be beat! While the paths are lit, they are dimly lit and I think it's a great idea to take along a flashlight. If you didn't take a flashlight or electric lantern with you, you would probably be OK for minimally getting around, but considering how little room a flashlight would take up in your luggage, I say go for it! It will make getting around outside your cabin that much easier.

I sure hope you are planning some time to enjoy the recreational activities offered at your Disney Resort hotel. Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort offers some of the most unique and fun experiences around! Some folks stay there just for the activities around the resort without even visiting the theme parks ... there is that much to explore!

Please let us know if you have any other questions, Kathleen! Enjoy your trip!
