Welcome back to planDisney! And I’m especially happy you came back to visit me. I’m sorry this answer took a little longer to find its way to you, so let’s get you pointed in the right direction!
If you booked a Walt Disney World vacation package, head to the
Walt Disney World website, sign in to your
My Disney Experience account and go to “My Plans.” Find your Disney’s BoardWalk Villas reservation and look for your remaining balance and the option to make a payment. I usually find this one a little easier to do from the website rather than the app.
Now, if you’re looking everywhere and that payment link seems to have disappeared into a Disney-sized black hole, there may be a reason! If you booked a room-only reservation, you won’t have that same online payment option. And if you booked through a travel professional or another third party, you’ll want to make your payment through them.
If neither of those applies and you still can’t find the link, I’d
reach out to a Cast Member through the Help Center so they can take a look at your reservation and help you get that balance taken care of.
And Maxine, Disney’s BoardWalk Villas?! What a fabulous home base! I LOVE being able to stroll over to EPCOT, especially at the end of a long park day when my feet are officially done with me. And make sure you check out the
brand-new Hurly-Burly lounge while you’re there! It’s opening right on the BoardWalk with bites, drinks, and live entertainment, and I already have it on my must-do list!
