Need to find my plans to view my electronic tickets

Welcome, Vanessa! It’s great to have you at planDisney! Let's find your tickets!

The best way for you to view your plans and tickets is to visit your My Disney Experience account. You can conveniently access your My Disney Experience account from the Disney World website. Like Jiminy Cricket to Pinocchio, I’ll be your guide!

When you arrive at the Disney World website, log in to your My Disney Experience account. In your account, select “My Plans & Tickets.” When the page opens, scroll down to the section titled, “My Plan, Reservations, and Tickets.” You should see a subheading titled, “Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker.” Click on the subheading. You will then be able to view your theme park tickets.

Vanessa, if you previously purchased tickets, you should be able to find your ticket purchase reservation in your email. Once you purchased tickets, you should have received an email confirmation.

I hope that is helpful information, Vanessa! Feel free to reach out again if we can be of further assistance or if you need something clarified.

    Dreams do come true!
