    Need to find out if I can still use my pass, I bought a 3 day pass but then the pandemic happened and I was not able to use it completely

    Welcome, and thanks for dropping by to ask planDisney a question about your Disneyland Resort ticket. 

    You may have heard that many theme park ticket expiration dates were extended due to the pandemic-related theme park closures. Those extensions are for non-promotional tickets that were originally set to expire on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021. Applicable tickets now have an expiration date of December 16, 2021, so you may still have a few more months to use your ticket!

    Please link the ticket to your account on Disneyland.com or with the Disneyland mobile app to check if an updated expiration date has been assigned to it. If you are unable to link your ticket or would like to speak with a Cast Member about the expiration date policy for the specific ticket you have, please call (714) 781-4636.
