Ahoy there, Dianne! Thanks for sailing on over to planDisney--it's great to SEA you! A voyage with
Disney Cruise Line is always a good idea, and I'm happy to help with travel plans for your next adventure.
There is so much to love about DCL, isn't there? From the ship-shape accommodations to the amazing entertainment, food, and magical service, it's a practically perfect way to vacation. One of my very favorite aspects of sailing with Disney is the ability to make your travel experience seamless. When our family has journeyed beyond the reef with DCL, the ability to book a hotel stay and ground transportation as part of our vacation package makes me feel like I can start relaxing before we even board the ship!
Although I haven't booked air travel through DCL before, I'm happy to report that this option is available for travelers to make arrival and departure a breeze! Guests may
add flights to their cruise vacation by calling Disney Cruise Line within 330 days of the
end of their cruise, and choose between flexible and restricted fare options. The flights selected are usually based out of the airport closest to the port, and timed to give you plenty of time on both ends of the cruise. I definitely recommend arriving the day before departure in case of any flight delays or bad weather to ensure you make it to your ship with no issues!
Dianne, I hope this information is helpful for your planning purposes. It sounds like you are getting ready for a magical vacation, and having all of your travel arrangements set will make it a stress-free experience all around! Thanks again for stopping by planDisney--our crew is always here to help with any other questions you might have.
