Hi Angie!
Welcome aboard planDisney! I’d love to be “part of your world” with an upcoming sailing on Disney Cruise Line. Like Ariel, “what would I give to spend a day warm on the sand” of
Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island. It is SHORE to keep you and your crew busy, whether exploring the island or grabbing a float on the Castaway Family Beach. Sebastian would call that “devoting full time to floating!”
Sounds like you might be having some issues accessing the Castaway Club member page on the
Disney Cruise Line website. Flotsam and Jetsam must be up to their naughty eel tricks and messing up the connection, so let’s get that fixed for you right now so you can make your cruise plans. We can't have anyone labeled a “poor unfortunate soul” by Ursula and not able to get their Castaway Club number!
Using
this link, log into your Castaway Club account. Or you could click “Sign in or Create Account” at the top of the home page. Once you are signed in, you can check your Castaway Club level (Silver, Gold or Platinum) and view a list of your prior cruises, including what ships you sailed on, your prior staterooms, and that ever important Castaway Club number you are seeking! The good news is that if you are looking to book on the
Disney Wish, then those reservations are being made online, and your login to the Disney Cruise Line website will then allow access to book those itineraries. Silver Castaway Club members begin booking on May 26th, followed by the general public on May 27th.
Angie, you don’t need a dinglehopper, just a computer to send more questions to planDisney as you navigate your cruise planning waters. Good luck getting the itinerary of your dreams, and have fun in the sun on Castaway Cay!
Bon Voyage!
Sherry
