Need to find out balance on several bands my family has in Florida

    Hi Denise,

Welcome to planDisney! MagicBands are extremely helpful throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, whether you’re using Disney Genie+ Service, entering one of the Theme Parks, or even paying for that Mickey Premium Bar.

It sounds like you are trying to double check if any of your MagicBands have unused tickets linked to them? Let me point you in the right direction!

Please sign in to the My Disney Experience mobile app. After you are signed in, select the three lines in the lower right-hand corner, then select “Tickets and Passes”. Here you will see all the Theme Park tickets that have unused days. If you don’t see any Theme Park tickets on this screen, that means it’s time to purchase some to enter the magic!

If you do see Theme Park tickets on this screen and the tickets were assigned to guests in your party, you will see their names at the top. If you received a MagicBand during a Disney Resorts Collection stay in the past, you’ll most likely have names on the back of your MagicBands. By matching the name on the ticket to the name on the MagicBand, you’ll be able to see who still has unused days associated with their MagicBands.

If there are no names on your MagicBands or members of your party have multiple MagicBands, Hakuna Matata, your best option may be to reach out to the My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. On the back of your MagicBands you will see a set of numbers and letters. Have those ready and when you speak with the Cast Member, let them know you’d like to check your MagicBands for any unused Theme Park tickets.

If you find some MagicBands have no Theme Park tickets linked and you no longer want to use the MagicBands, you can deactivate them. Just sign in to My Disney Experience via the Walt Disney World Resort Website, then select “My MagicBands and Card” under the drop-down menu of “My Disney Experience”. You’ll be taken to “MagicBands and Cards” where you can see all the active MagicBands associated with your account. At this stage you can deactivate the MagicBands that are no longer in use.

I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you start preparing for your next vacation. Have further questions? Please reach out, I am always happy to help!
