Oh my goodness, your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner! Can you believe it's almost here?! You must be getting so excited; I know I would be! The last few weeks ahead of any trip can be full of excitement but also a bit hectic as you iron out all of those final trip details to ensure you are ready to take off on the adventure of a lifetime. Well, rest assured, Melissa, your trust planDisney Panelists are here to spread a little pixie dust to help make your trip planning experience as enjoyable as possible. It is vacation, after all, so it should be fun! So, let’s not waste any more time and get to your question!
To make your final payment toward your Walt Disney World vacation, you'll first want to ensure that your vacation is linked to your My Disney Experience account. To check, log into your My Disney Experience account from the Walt Disney World website and hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner. Then, select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu. If your reservation is linked, you will see your hotel and ticket information listed on this page. If not, don’t fret! Just follow these steps to link your reservation:
- Stay on the "My Plans" page.
- Scroll down to the blue "Add More Plans" button on the right-hand side.
- Click on the button to view the drop-down menu.
- From here, select "Link Reservations and Purchases."
- Click on "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package"
- Once the page is loaded, you can add your confirmation number and the name on your reservation, and you will be all linked up! You can find your confirmation on the email you would have received at the time of booking.
Now that you have confirmed that your reservation is linked, you can start making your payment, which is a super simple process!
- Log into your My Disney Experience account.
- Head back over to "My Plans" and scroll down to "Resort Hotel."
- You should see a "Make a Payment" option in this section.
- Click on “Make a Payment,” follow the prompts to make your payment, and you are all set!
Now, if you are not seeing the “Make a Payment” option for whatever reason, no need to worry! That just means you will need to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations team at (407) 939-1936, where they will be happy to process your payment for you.
Melissa, there is so much to enjoy during Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration, including some fantastic shows available throughout all four theme parks. You won't want to miss the incredible nighttime spectacular, DIsney Enchantment, at Magic Kingdom Park. Walt Disney World is famous for its amazing fireworks displays, but this one is really something special! Make sure you keep an eye on the My Disney Experience App for showtimes during your visit.
