Guardians of the Galaxy at Night

    Hi do we need to be in Epcot to book 6pm virtual queue for Guardians? We have a park reservation and are staying on site. We will have been in Epcot earlier but have a Boardwalk Trattoria Al Forno reservation at 5pm.

    Welcome to planDisney Louise Caroline! I’m happy to prepare you for your intergalactic adventure aboard Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! From the ride experience to the ride soundtrack, this is an epic attraction you will love!

    You are correct that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is currently only available through the virtual queue. Using your My Disney Experience app, Guests can request to join the virtual queue at 7:00 AM (without being present in the park) and at 1:00 PM (Guests must be present in the park). Guests are unable to select a time to ride, rather they are assigned a boarding group number that will be “summoned to duty” to assist the Guardians.

    The 6:00 PM virtual queue opening is an additional opportunity to save the galaxy! This is only available during Extended Evening Theme Park Hours for Guests staying at a deluxe Disney Resort Hotel. Guests do not need to be present in EPCOT to make their request to join the virtual queue but be prepared to head back to EPCOT as soon as you are notified to return for your mission!
