Do I need an entry ticket before I can book character dinners?

Hey there, Hi there, Ho there, Janice!

You're as welcome as can be here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, so thanks for your great question. I can't wait for you to make magical memories at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Character Dining at the Disneyland Resort is such a fun way to add a little more pixie dust to your trip. You can find Character meals in each of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels and in Plaza Inn inside Disneyland Park. For the meals in the hotels, you will not need park admission. You will need valid park admission if you plan on dining at Plaza Inn for the Minnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park experience. All of these meals are an "all-you-care-to-enjoy" experience with visits and photo opportunities with favorite Disney Characters.

I personally love to plan Character meals in the hotels to days when we aren't planning to visit the parks. It's a great way to add some Disney Magic into our day even without a park ticket. My favorite meal has definitely been Mickey's Tales of Adventure Breakfast at Storytellers Cafe in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. I love the farm fresh food and creative dishes.

Please return if you have any other questions, and have a Fantasmic day!
