need to edit run times on the run disney in jan 2027

Hi Nicole and welcome to planDisney! Congratulations on securing a bib for the upcoming Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. It’s one of my favorite runDisney events, so much so that I ran the Dopey Challenge this past January! It sounds like in the flurry of registration this morning you may need to edit some information, so let’s get all that straightened out so you can get focused on training for the big event!

In order to edit your anticipated finish times, you’ll need to log in to your account. In order to do, visit this page and enter your account credentials (e-mail and password). From there, you’ll be directed to your runDisney dashboard. Click on the upcoming event you’d like to edit, which in your case will be the 2027 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. Afterwards, select “Edit Registration” on the righthand side of where your name appears. Select on the righthand arrow on the banner that reads “Your Registration Information”. From there, you will be able to scroll down and provide your anticipated finish time for your race. Hit “Save” at the bottom left and you’re all set!

For anticipated finish times where a proof of time is required, be sure to enter in information of your proof of time correctly, including the race name, date and location of race, along with the race distance and actual finish time. You will also need a link to your race results. As a reminder, proof of time guidelines state that the race must be a USATF certified course reflecting results between January 1, 2024 and August 3, 2026. In addition, no changes may be made after August 3, 2026.

Now that you’re registered comes the next part: the training! runDisney provides some great training plans depending on your skill level for various race distances and challenges. I find this to be a great resource whether this is your first race or your 100th race!

Nicole, I hope this information was helpful for you as you begin your next runDisney adventure! If you have any further questions about runDisney races or Disney vacations in general, please feel free to contact me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!

    Your pal,
