    If we need an earlier ME on departure day due to disability, who do we contact to schedule that? Last time we couldn't check in at resort, our time was less than 3 hours, had other stops that took over an hour and almost missed the flight.

    Hi Rochelle, Your best bet is to call Magical Express directly at 1-866-599-0951 extension #2. You can explain your situation to them, and request that they change your departure to an earlier time. Be sure to have your Resort confirmation number as well as flight departure information available when you call them.
