    Do you need to be a DVC member to check-in directly at the Bay Lake Towers? I've heard things have changed a bit. Thanks for answering all my newby questions!

    Howdy Jill!  Things continue to change as the team at Disney works to enhance our experience and provide the highest level of service possible to all guests.

    I just spoke with a Cast Member at the hotel and was assured that anyone staying at Bay Lake Tower may check-in at the desk at Bay Lake Tower 24 hours a day regardless of whether you are a DVC Member or not.
