    Need disabled Das pass

    Hello there, Essie!

It's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious that you've come to planDisney with your question. Navigating Disneyland can be a bit tricky, but never fear! Your friendly expert panelist is here to give you practically perfect advice! At The Happiest Place On Earth, everyone is welcome with open arms and a spoonful of sugar.

The Disability Access Service (DAS) pass for guests with disabilities is jolly good for allowing you to schedule return times for certain attractions, so that you can skip the long queues and come back when the wait is shorter.

Now, Essie, I noticed that you're planning to visit next week. How delightful! Did you know that you can pre-register for the Disability Access Service (DAS) between 2 to 30 days before your visit? So, in order to ensure you have a practically perfect time, I recommend beginning the process with a live video chat with one of the Cast Members right away. And remember, Essie, a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. So they’ll ask you questions about how to make your visit smoother and more enjoyable.

If you'd prefer to call Disability Services directly, you can give them a jingle at (407) 560-2547, or shoot them an email at disability.services@disneyland.com. They're always happy to lend a helping hand.

Don't forget that the Disneyland Resort also offers wheelchair and mobility scooter rentals. These can help you get around the park with ease and can be picked up on a first-come, first-served basis.

Finally, communication is key! It's important to let cast members know about your needs and limitations. The Guest Relations staff are top-notch and trained to assist guests with disabilities. Don't be afraid to ask for help when you need it!

Oh, and have you downloaded the Disneyland Mobile App yet, Essie? It's practically perfect in every way! You'll need it to scan your theme park tickets upon entry. Plus, your DAS Advance will be linked to your account, where you can select return times for attractions throughout your day. It's a jolly good idea to get familiar with the app before your visit so you and your guests can have a blast.

One of my favorite things about this app is the ability to place mobile orders for meals and snacks to feed the birds. This means you won't have to wait in long lines for food and can stay one jump ahead of the crowds when you're ready to eat. So be sure to download the app before you go and make the most of your jolly holiday!

Well, the winds have changed and I must be on my way now, Essie. But don't forget, if you need any more help, just fly back to me here so that I can step in time to offer any tips and tricks you may need.

    Chim Chim Cher-ee!
