Hi I need a DAS Pass ans stroller tag. We have a visit this week

    Hiya, Linh!

My family and I have also made use of some of the accommodations available for Guests with disabilities. I’m happy to offer advice and tips to help you prepare for a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth: the Disneyland Resort!

There are two ways to register for the Disability Access Service (DAS). One way is to request a video chat interview. This method can be done between two and 30 days before arrival by using a web browser on a computer or mobile device with a camera to access the DAS planning and pre-arrival registration page between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time. After logging into the account used to make your theme park reservations, click on the “Request Live Chat” button to proceed.

The other way to register for DAS is to visit any of the Guest Relations locations throughout the theme parks. Whether you request an interview via video chat or in person inside the parks, the process is very similar. A Cast Member will ask questions about how DAS might benefit the Guest requesting accommodations. If DAS is deemed appropriate, the Cast Member will add the entitlement to the ticket of the Guest who is registering. They will also link up to five additional Guests in the same party to accompany them when booking attraction return times using the DAS self selection tool in the Disneyland mobile app. If it turns out that DAS is not the right accommodation for a Guest, the Cast Members will discuss other accommodations that may be available to help make a visit to the Disneyland Resort as magical as possible for everyone.

To help move little Mouseketeers throughout the Disneyland Resort, Guests are permitted to bring a stroller that complies with the Disneyland Resort rules. Strollers should not be larger than 31” by 52”. Wagons, including stroller wagons, are not permitted at the Disneyland Resort. Each stroller is inspected by Disneyland Resort security Cast Members before entering the resort area. Guests who may require special accommodations, such as tags that indicate a given stroller may be used as a wheelchair for its designated occupant, may speak with a Security Cast Member when arriving at the Disneyland Resort. Guests may also choose to rent a stroller after arriving at the Disneyland Resort.

I hope you enjoy a ghoulishly good time during Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort, Linh. If you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us here at planDisney.

    See ya real soon!
