    Need a DAS pass

Hello there, Tammy! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you are here!

I'm excited to see you will be arriving at Disneyland Resort very soon. Currently, there are two different ways you can register for Disability Access Service at Disneyland Resort. The first is a prearrival registration, however, this has to be done between 2 and 30 days of your arrival. Unfortunately, it looks like you are arriving tomorrow so this would not apply to you. Do not worry, as soon as you are scanned into one of the parks you can get registered. If you are heading to Disneyland Park first, you will go visit City Hall, and if Disney California Adventure Park is your first stop, just head to the Chamber of Commerce. There a Cast Member will assist you to get you registered and if you are registered DAS is valid for the length of your ticket.

Along with the implementation of the prearrival option, Disneyland Resort also rolled out a feature that allows you to make return time selections right in the Disneyland app. Previously, you would have to visit a Guest Relations location to obtain a return time. You can find this feature once you are one of the parks, by tapping the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen and then tapping the DAS button.

Tammy, I hope this information is helpful as you put the finishing touches on planning for your visit. I hope you have a wonderful time. See you real soon!
