We will need a crib in our room. How do we add that in? I did not see the option online...do we need to call? What is the cost?

    Hi ya Michele!

It’s so nice to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Traveling with a Youngling or Mouseketeers is simple when staying at a Disney Resort Hotel. I find that it is best to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line, with your reservation number, to request a crib for your room. The “cribs” my family have received in the past, have been the easy-to-assemble Pack ‘n Play® playards.

You are also able to request a traditional crib if that’s what your Mouseketeer needs. Just let the Cast Member know when you call and make your request that you are looking for a traditional crib. There is no cost for Disney Resort Hotel Guests to use a Crib or Playpen. However, keep in mind that quantities of both the Cribs and Playpens are limited. I sometimes choose to travel with my Pack ‘n Play® from home if I’m worried my little one won’t be able sleep without it.

While you’re exploring the parks, be sure to visit the Baby Care Centers. There is a Baby Care Center located within each of the 4 theme parks and is the perfect place to feed, change, and nurse little ones. They also offer a wide variety of baby supplies available to purchase if you forget something at home! There will be so much to do and see with your Youngling, I guarantee your day will be filled with Magic! Thanks again for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel Michele and please be sure to visit us again if you have any more questions as you continue to plan!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Shantel, Alabama

Hi ya Pals! I'm Shantel, an Army wife and mom of two. I grew up going to the parks, and now we're sharing that tradition with our kids. When I am not visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I'm at home researching and planning for our next trip. One of my favorite things to do is search for new snacks to try, especially if they are Mickey shaped. I'm definitely living the dream my heart wished for! I cannot wait to answer your questions and help make your vacation even more magical!
