Do I need to create a my Disney Experience account for my children, eldest son is 14 and youngest is 12? When trying to create account for 12 year old it says he's too young. So how do I add their park tickets to their profile?

Hi Matthew, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great planning question.

    My Disney Experience
is an amazing planning tool that allows you to keep all of your important information in one place. I would be happy to assist you with creating an account for your youngest child. Because this child is under 13, he cannot manage his own account, a parent must manage it for him. When you sign in, click on the “My Family and Friends” tab. Next, you will want to “Add a guest” to your list. When prompted, choose to enter his name and age and confirm his date of birth.

You will be able to assign a theme park admission ticket to his account by clicking on the “My Reservations and Tickets” tab. You can link a theme park ticket to him by entering the Will Call Confirmation number or Ticket ID number, assign it to him and confirm. You will also have to manage all his FastPass+ experiences as well. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you will be able to make FastPass+ selections for the entire family 60 days before your arrival date. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.
