Darrel, the Guest Folio is typically emailed to Guests the morning they checkout of their
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. The Folio is sent to the email address associated with the My Disney Experience Account tied to the reservation. If you don’t remember receiving this email, I recommend searching for “folio” in your email inbox, spam folder, or “promotions” folder if you are a Gmail user. If you find that you didn’t receive your Folio, you can reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-6104.
