    I need a copy of my folio - who can I call?

    Hey there, Darrel, and welcome to planDisney! Judging by your question, your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation has just ended, and the reality of the bill is setting in. The only recommendation I have is to take a deep breath and remember those smiling vacation faces! Did that help? It doesn’t really help me either, but it was worth a shot. And if you’re anything like me, then you’re probably still already planning your next visit!  

    Darrel, the Guest Folio is typically emailed to Guests the morning they checkout of their Disney Resorts Collection hotel. The Folio is sent to the email address associated with the My Disney Experience Account tied to the reservation. If you don’t remember receiving this email, I recommend searching for “folio” in your email inbox, spam folder, or “promotions” folder if you are a Gmail user. If you find that you didn’t receive your Folio, you can reach out to a Cast Member at (407) 939-6104.
