Just need some clarification on the socal tickets, all people who are using a socal resident ticket must be a socal resident? Or can I, a socal resident, buy my parents tickets and bring them? Thank you so much in advance.

Hi there Marissa, and welcome to planDisney!  How sweet of you to want to share a magical vacation with your parents!

To be eligible for the Southern California Resident Weekday Ticket Offer, any guest utilizing the ticket must show proof of eligible residency for both purchase and admission to the theme parks.  A valid government-photo ID showing an address within a valid zip code is also required.  Unfortunately, if your parents do not live in an eligible zip code in Southern California, they will not be able to utilize the ticket.  Hopefully your parents could purchase separate theme park tickets though and still be able to join you!

If you are looking for some fun activities to enjoy as a family, we love to book a dining reservation at a special location such as Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure Park, you just can't beat the spectacular menu and view of Pixar Pier!  You can make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance.  We also love to catch one of the nighttime spectaculars, and our favorite is Fantasmic!  You can check the Entertainment Schedule or the Disneyland app for dates and showtimes as your trip gets closer.

I hope this ticket information was helpful for you Marissa.  If you have any other questions for your upcoming trip, please do not hesitate to come back and ask me!

    Have a magical day!
