Hey there, Alexandra! Welcome to planDisney. We love helping Guests get answers to their planning questions and I would be happy to help with your reservation question.
It sounds like you've done everything correctly and that you do indeed have reservations. I can walk you through some steps to double-check you have your reservations secured.
-Download the
Disneyland app and log in to your Disney account.
-At the bottom right, click on the three horizontal lines.
-Now click on "Future Plans". This should pull up any reservations you have for the tickets linked to your account.
If your tickets are not linked to your account, you can do so by clicking the back button and then clicking on "Tickets and Passes" on the menu board. Click on the "+" icon and then "Link Tickets & Passes" to scan the ticket barcodes or enter the ticket ID number.
I hope these instructions will help you find your reservations without issue. While you are going through the Disneyland app, my tip is to go in ahead of your visit and add a credit card to your profile. This will come in handy if you are thinking about purchasing
Disney Genie+ when you enter the parks, but it will also set you up for
mobile ordering. This is one of my favorite features in the Disneyland app, especially for our family when it comes time for a meal. It never fails that we all want something from a different location, so this makes it easier to order our choices in the menu and then quickly pick them up when it's our time instead of waiting in each line.
Alexandra, thanks again for stopping by! Please come back and see us again if you have any last-minute questions about your upcoming trip. See you real soon!
