From one Floridian to another, welcome to planDisney. I just changed my Monthly Payment Program method of payment this week, so I’m just the gal to point you in the right direction.
The easiest way to change the debit or credit card that is on file for your Walt Disney World annual pass’s monthly payment is to call a friendly Cast Member. Call the phone number listed on this
Annual Pass FAQ webpage. Then, dial Option 3 and Option 1 (for the English language). From there, confirm your identity and have the card information ready to go.
In addition to making this change over the phone, in the past I’ve visited a theme park’s Guest Relations window. If you want an even shorter wait time, the
Disney Springs Disney Ticket Center is a great option, too.
