I need to change rooms at my resort, can they hold my bags for me? Will they deliver it to my new room?

Hi Diana! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

We have transferred to different Resort hotels as well as different rooms within the same Resort hotel many times. It's a very simple process. Depending on where you are staying, on the day of your check out, you will either call Luggage Assistance (Value Resort hotels) or Bell Services (Moderate and Deluxe Resort hotels). A Cast Member will come to your room, together you will count your bags, and then you will be presented with a claim check. Your bags will be stored for you during the day of your transfer to your new room. When you check-in for your new Resort hotel room, you will call Luggage Assistance or Bell Services and give them the claim check number. A Cast Member will then bring your bags to you. While you will still be able to get to your luggage, it won't be very convenient so I encourage you to make sure you have everything you need for your day's activities when you give your bags to the Cast Member. If you end up moving to a new Resort hotel, the process is very similar. However, your luggage will be unavailable during the transfer to the new Resort hotel. When we have changed Resort hotels, our bags were typically delivered between 1:00-4:00 PM.

We love transferring rooms or Resort hotels. It's fun to see the different views or amenities that make each Resort hotel unique and magical.

Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
