My best recommendation would be to call the
Disneyland Resort using their
Ticket Service line. Please keep in mind, call volumes have increased. Especially with the
recent announcement welcoming back all Guests.
Todd, it sounds like you may have called during a pretty busy time. What I recommend doing is calling the Disneyland Resort first thing in the morning. I usually call early in the morning and simply keep my phone on mute until a Cast Member can assist me. I do also find that multitasking, until the call is answered, makes the time go by quicker.
I know waiting can be difficult but please know that Mickey and all his Pals are working very hard. They are thrilled to finally have the
gates back open, it feels like the
first time in forever!
