Hello, I need to change the name of my two tickets on my account for disneyland. Please help! Thank you

    Hey Katie!

    Welcome to planDisney!

Planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is one of my favorite things to do. Whether you are looking to race down Route 66 on Radiator Springs Racers or join the Resistance for an epic battle against the First Order on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, you’re sure to find something that everyone in your party can enjoy.

Tickets at the Disneyland Resort are not actually assigned until you scan into one of the theme parks. When you get to the turnstiles, a cast member will scan the ticket, take the picture of the guest that’s going to use it and assign it at that time. You don’t necessarily have to change the name on the ticket before using it. If you are thinking about upgrading the ticket to a Magic Key or want to change the name on the ticket just to be safe you’re going to need to call Ticket Services so that a Cast Member can take care of that for you.

Well Katie, let us know if you have any other questions for us.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
