It is actually quite simple to reassign unused theme park tickets to another Guest via My Disney Experience or the My Disney Experience mobile app. You can reassign tickets to Guests on your
Family & Friends list, so you need to confirm that they are on your list or either add them or invite them to connect if they have their own Disney account.
To reassign tickets online using My Disney Experience,
sign in to your account, visit
My Plans, scroll down to
My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets, and select
Tickets & Memory Maker right next to your
Daily Itinerary. Find the ticket you wish you reassign and select
Reassign Ticket from the drop-down menu to the right. You will see a list of all Guests you can reassign your ticket to. If you prefer to use the
My Disney Experience mobile app, tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
Tickets and Passes, find the ticket you wish to reassign and select
Reassign Ticket. You are also welcome to contact Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985 and Cast Members will be glad to assist you.
