    I need to change the name of the person held on the ticket due to COVID -19. How can I do that? Thank you .

    Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for visiting us with your question about your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. I’m sorry to hear your theme park plans have changed-- I know we could all use some extra magic in our lives right now!

    Guests aren’t able to reassign their own theme park tickets online or in the Disneyland mobile app, so I suggest that you call the Disneyland Resort at (714) 781-4636 as soon as possible to get help with reassigning the ticket to another person before you arrive. Otherwise, please plan on stopping by the resort’s Main Entrance Ticket Booths, located in the Esplanade between the two theme parks, to inquire about making the change to your ticket.
