    Hello, I need to change the name on one of my park tickets since that family member won’t be able to make it. How do I update this ticket and keep the same reservation for May 28?

    Hey Garrett! 

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with your question! 

    There is no need to change the name on the Theme Park Ticket ahead of your visit. Upon arrival, a Cast Member will take a picture of the person using the ticket. Then, the ticket will be associated with the person in the picture, not the name on the ticket. Leave the name and Theme Park Reservation as it is and go straight to the turnstiles. 

    If you’d like to link the ticket to the account of the person using it, you may do so. Simply visit the “Tickets and Passes” section of the App and tap the ‘+’ symbol in the upper-right corner. Use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add the ticket to their Disneyland Mobile App. You may scan the ticket barcode or enter the numbers manually.
