I need to change who is managing one ticket I have

Hi Melanie, and welcome to planDisney!

Changes happen all the time, and with those changes, it is expected that the process will be easy, right? Believe me; I have had my share of  “edits” when it comes to my Walt Disney World Resort vacations!

What you will need to do is reassign that specific theme park ticket to another guest. First, be sure to add the new guest to your Family & Friends List because if they are present on the list, this will make the process go by really quickly. After you have added the guest to your Family & Friends List, open your My Disney Experience account (using the mobile app) and select the three lines at the bottom right, and select “Tickets & Passes.” From there, select the ticket in question, “Reassign Ticket,” and proceed through the process. Quick and easy!

Please return if you have additional questions; we are here to help you plan.

    Have a magical time!
