We need to change our Fort Wilderness reservation. Our kids were not able to get accomodations at the same time. Is there a cancellation fee? If so, does it still apply if we change the date of our reservation?

Greetings, Susan, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Susan, depending on the type of Disney Resort hotel reservation, you may be able to cancel online, or, you may have to call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations  (407) 934-7639 for assistance and clarification.

If you would like to attempt online, sign into your Disney Account and go to "My Reservations" to locate your reservation. If the reservation can be cancelled online, you will see the link to "Cancel Reservation." If you do not see this link, then you will not be able to cancel your reservation online, at which point you'll have to call (407) 939-7639. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply.

Susan, you may wish to peruse a list of Disney Resort hotel accommodations which may suit your needs and preferences, specifically Disney Resort Villas which offer home-like accommodations for Guests of 5-9 and the exciting Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort which sleep up to 6 adults.

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with all the Disney Resort hotel Guest amenities in preparation for your visit, where you'll benefit from exclusive conveniences and Disney magic all day long, making your vacation positively memorable and be sure to customize your vacation before and during your visit through My Disney Experience online and mobile app.

Good luck with your reservation modification and best Disney wishes, Susan!
