Seth, I completely understand you want to use your current email for your My Disney Experience account; after all, so much of the planning process is involved around the account and the app. If you can, please log into your
My Disney Experience account and then hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the top right corner. You will want to click “Profile” and then select “Account Settings.” Under
Email, you’re going to select “Edit” to add your new email address. Once you’ve confirmed and completed this change, you should be all set!
However, if you are unable to log in, do not panic. You can call the Internet Help Desk team to look into your account and assist you further. You can reach a Cast Member at the Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM, Eastern Time, seven days a week.
