    I need to change email address on my Disney experience. But it sends a code to old email and I can’t get into mine

    It sounds like Evil Emperor Zurg must be keeping you from that old email address! Let’s see what we can do to get you back up and running to infinity and beyond! Because changing and email address on My Disney Experience requires a form of authentication (to keep Zurg’s minions from tampering with your account) you may need to make a quick call to Guest Services so they can confirm your identity before making the email address transfer. It should be a relatively simple and quick process once you get a qualified Cast Member to look at your account settings! 

    Don’t forget to visit Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays while you’re visiting, Kim! It’s a festival I never want to miss! The decor, entertainment, food, and traditions from around the world will inspire and delight every member of your party!
