To change the email associated with your
My Disney Experience account, you can either update your account on a web browser or via the My Disney Experience app. From your browser, when you hover over “My Disney Experience” in the top right corner of the page, a drop-down menu will appear. Find and click on “Profile,” which should be under your name and character icon. Next, select “Account Settings,” and click the arrow next to your email address. For security purposes, a passcode will be sent to your email address which you should enter here. After entering the passcode, follow the prompts to update your email address.

My Disney Experience app, tap on the 3 horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen, scroll to the bottom then tap "My Profile."
