My Disney Experience account. My sister had the same thing happen to her after graduating. So I am fairly familiar with this process.
Her situation was a little different because she ended up having two accounts, one with her school email and the other was a different email. Long story short, she also couldn’t get into the account with her school email because she was finished with school. So she made a different account, which led to confusion because both were constantly trying to connect. She ended up calling the
App and MagicBand support line, where a Cast Member there merged the two and fixed everything to work under her personal email. They were also able to remove her school account. And since then, she has been great!
Dylan, I recommend starting by calling the App and MagicBand support line first. A Cast Member on the other line will be happy to help so that you can gain access once again. After your access has been regained, you can get back to planning your picture-perfect
