We need to change days for our park reservation. We had a reservation for EPCOT on Saturday, February 19th but our flight was canceled. Can we change it to Tuesday, February 22nd?

Hi Cathy - thanks for stopping by planDisney!

I'm so sorry to hEAR that you're having some travel woes! Don't worry - the magic is ready and waiting for you whenever you arrive! You should be able to cancel your EPCOT Park Pass Reservation for tomorrow and then make a new reservation for Tuesday. Luckily, I just checked the availability calendar and EPCOT reservations are still available!

First, to attempt canceling in the My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap the icon with the three horizontal lines (sometimes called a "sandwich" or "menu stack" icon), then tap Future Plans. You should see your Park Pass Reservation for tomorrow, and tapping on the reservation may provide an option to cancel directly. If not, head to My Disney Experience online and go to the My Plans area. From there, scroll down to find your reservation and click View Details, which will take you to a screen allowing you to cancel.

Next, to make a new reservation, back in the My Plans area of My Disney Experience, hover over the blue Park Reservations icon and click on Make a Park Reservation. In the app, the same can be accomplished by tapping the plus "+" icon located bottom center of your screen, then tapping Make a Park Reservation.

You may also need to adjust the start date of your theme park ticket to ensure it is valid for your new visit dates. Usually, this can be updated prior to midnight Walt Disney World Resort (Eastern) Time of the day before your ticket's original start date. To do so in the app, navigate back to the menu, and tap Tickets and Passes where you should find the option to change the start date. If you have difficulty and need some extra pixie dust, you may want to call and speak to a Cast Member, or try the chat feature in the app accessible through the Help area at the bottom of the menu screen. You can also always get help from a Cast Member at Guest Relations located at the entrances to all four Theme Parks or at Disney Springs.

I hope this helps you smooth out some of your travel wrinkles - please let me know if there is anything else we can help with!
